Welcome to our 'House Seller' Page.

So you're selling your House the usual way. Through an Estate Agent and it's going to cost you an arm and a leg. So why not have your own Website to do the same job for you and cut out the middle person?

O.K. It's not a dead cert it's going to work but if it does it could save you a small fortune in Estate Agent Fees.

Or you could look at having your own 'House For Sale' Website as an extra string to your bow in helping you to sell your House. For example you could advertise your House the usual way and refer to your 'House For Sale' Website in your advertisement.

So what's the big advantage of you having your 'House For Sale' on the Internet? Everyone in the world who is on the Internet will have access to the details of the House you are selling. Need we say more?

So what's it going to cost you to have your own 'House For Sale' Website?

Simple, £295 all in for the first six months. If your House has not sold within those first six months thereafter £25 a month until you tell us to take your House's Website off the Web.

So what will your Website look like?

Somewhat similar to an Estate Agents mail out brochure, only On Line and split into different Pages across your Website with each separate Page covering different areas and topics of your House. There's more about this immediately below in the next section.

So what do you get for your money?

  • Up to 4 Pages on your Website to describe your 'House For Sale'. Such as a Page to give a general description of your House including it's location and local amenities etc. and pictures of the exterior. A Page dedicated to the downstairs rooms including pictures. A Page dedicated to the upstairs rooms including pictures. A Page dedicated to other feature of your House such as the Gardens and the exterior including pictures where needed. Plus an extra free Page for your contact and viewing details.

  • All of the consultancy time involved in assessing and discussing and agreeing your requirements and needs for your Website as well as the time for the Design and Construction of your Website.

  • Up to 2 hours for minor re-editing of your Website once it is up and running and published on the Web. We appreciate that Customers often require small amendments to the copy carrying out when they first see their published Website on the Internet or want to change one or two pictures. Bearing in mind that our standard procedure is to carry out all the major Design and Construction work on your Website and then load it onto our Servers so that you can preview it and offer your comments for any changes you may want. After these changes have been made and depending on the amount of changes you wanted after your preview we will then either ask you to preview your Website again or publish your finished Website to the Web for your final approval and comments on any minor re-editing you may require.

  • Up to 4 hours in any one calendar year for minor general amendments, editing and maintenance of your Website. Thereafter each hour will be £20 an hour. This of course would be 6 hours in your first calendar year if you include the up to 2 hours initial editing detailed above.

  • Up to 20 'Standard Size Pictures' or 10 'Full Screen Size Pictures' linked to by 'Thumbnail' pictures or a combination of both types of pictures. Please refer to our 'Picture Samples Page' for examples and further explanation of these terms of types of pictures.

  • Up to 5 email addresses on your Website which will be redirected directly to your own email address/es of your choosing if required. To find out more about using redirected email addresses on your Website please see the relevant section on our 'Questions and Answers Page'.

  • A Domain Name (also called a URL) ending in .co.uk or .me.uk or .org.uk.

  • The cost of 'space' on a Secure Server.

  • The completion of Title, Description and Keyword Meta Tags.

  • Up to 5 Gigabytes of Data Transfer (also called Bandwidth) in any one calendar year which is normally more than ample for a Standard 4 Page 'House For Sale' Website in any one calendar year.

  • Submission of your Website to major Search Engines such as Google shortly after it is published to the Web.

How soon will my Website be published to the Internet?

We will endeavor whenever possible to have your Website up and running and published to the Internet within 2 weeks of you supplying everything we need to be able to Design and Construct your Website. Everything being the pictures and of course the copy (wording) you want on your Pages, plus of course your payment.

Anything else you need to know?

As a bonus, if we design and construct enough 'House For Sale' Websites and we have enough published at any one time. We will create a separate Website at our expense to list them all on with Links to each individual 'House For Sale' Website. This will create even more visitors to you own personal 'House For Sale' Website.
