Welcome to our 'House Seller' Page. So you're selling your
House the usual way. Through an Estate Agent and it's going to cost you an
arm and a leg. So why not have your own Website to do the same job for you
and cut out the middle person?
O.K. It's not a dead cert
it's going to work but if it does it could save you a small fortune in
Estate Agent Fees.
Or you could look at
having your own 'House For Sale' Website as an extra string to your bow in
helping you to sell your House. For example you could advertise your House
the usual way and refer to your 'House For Sale' Website in your
advertisement.
So what's the big
advantage
of you having your 'House For Sale' on the Internet? Everyone in the
world who is on the Internet will have access to the details of the House
you are selling. Need we say more?
So what's it going to cost
you to have your own 'House For Sale' Website?
Simple, £295 all in for the first six months.
If your House has not sold within those first six months thereafter £25 a month until you tell us to take your House's Website off
the Web.
So what will your Website
look like?
Somewhat similar to an Estate Agents mail out brochure, only
On Line and split into different Pages across your Website with each
separate Page covering
different areas and topics of your House. There's more about this
immediately below in the next section.
So what do you get for
